Project 150 Delivers 2,000 Thanksgiving Meal Boxes to CCSD Students and Families

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Project 150 is distributing more than 2,000 boxes of traditional holiday food to feed students and families in Southern Nevada.
Each meal box is designed for a family of four and contains a complete Thanksgiving meal including turkey (or ham), toppings, vegetables, sauce and mashed potatoes.
This year, the nonprofit has provided food, clothing, hygiene items and school supplies to more than 6,800 local high school students through its distribution program and Betty’s Boutique.
To help Project 150 host a holiday meal for a family of four, donate online at project150.org. In addition to the Thanksgiving treat, Project 150 will be giving away 2,000 Christmas treats. A $25 donation is enough to fill a holiday food box and feed a family of four.
